- How Our Products Are Made -
Our products are created through the sublimation process. Sublimation is the process by which an image printed on paper is transferred, by heat pressing, to another specially coated surface. Unlike conventional inks, sublimation inks are converted directly from a solid to a gas under heat and pressure, causing them to bond with the fibers of synthetic materials such as polyester. The molecules of the ink revert to a solid state upon cooling, permanently staining the surface. The result is a high quality durable finish that will not scratch off or wash out.

Shipping Information -
Orders are shipped within 3 to 5 business days once the order is confirmed and payment is received. Orders requiring design work will be shipped within 3 to 5 business days once the design is approved.
We prefer to ship via USPS First Class Mail or Flat Rate Priority Mail but will ship using the shipping method of your choice. Additional shipping charges may occur if requesting express mail, UPS, etc. If ordering multiple items we will ship order together to save on shipping charges and you will be charged actual shipping cost. Delivery services may be available for orders on Oahu, Hawaii for a fee depending on location.

Refund, Returns and Cancellations -
Your satisfaction is very important to us. If you receive a product that is defective, contact us for return and we will replace the product. Please contact us within 10 days.
Each order is produced on a personalized basis and for this reason we are unable to accept returns unless defective (in which we will replace the item), exchanges, or cancellations once your order has started production.
